Panla, a full-service catering and events company that specializes in contemporary international cuisine has Adiree dishing out the names of designers showcasing in AFWNY 2012!Mabm Designs is one of the designers showcasing at AFWNY 2012 on Friday, July 14. The name MABM comes from her full name, Maa Akua Berko-Mensah. It’s a local name from her motherland; her culture and upbringing have the biggest impact on the birth of her clothing line.
Our Director Adiat Disu, lead designer Akuah Berko Mansah (Ghana), and owner of Mabm Designs are making a guest
appearance at the Taj Lounge in NYC at Panla’s “A Taste of Africa Event Series” Wednesday March 28th at 5:30pm. Check out the event details here.
