Count the number of successful “brick” or “click” retailers that don’t accept returns. We’ll wait… Not that many huh? We stand behind our vendors and products and if you don’t like your purchase – we’ll work extra hard to make it easy for you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. Here is what we’ll do :

 

  • No Returns. Yes Store Credit : We’ll provide store credit for all of your purchases (except sale items and discounted items) . Why? Many of our products are a few-of-a-kind and because of the nature of most, if not all of our products ( Made In Africa, non-mass produced, or curated from third party vendors ).

 

  • Tick Tock. Limited Stock:  You have 15 calendar days to return your items and receive store credit. No questions asked.

 

  • Ring Ring. Customer Chats: You can call us at anytime at (888) 520-9602. If we don’t pick up (because we’re actually humans), leave us a message and we will respond within 24 hrs or less. In some cases you may even reach the Founder! Yep. The Founder loves speaking to our shopping peeps (perhaps we should go on vacation and let her do all the work? Shhh… don’t tell her we said that).

 

  • Um…Where Is My Order?: The goodies are on there way. However for specifics please use the track order form below.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
