Luxury African Fashion Panel Discussion: Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Hosts Africa Fashion Week Designers in New York.

New York, NY-July 2012- Adirée announces today that Wednesday, July 11th 2012,  2 P.M. EST,  at the  Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) | Katie Murphy Amphitheater Africa Fashion Week designers and Adiat Disu, founder of Adirée-producers of Africa Fashion Week(s)-will speak at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City.

The two-hour panel discussion will focus on “Africa as an Emerging Market for Fashion.” Topics discussed will include the following:

Africa Fashion Week Designers on the FIT panel are the following:

Disu, founder of AFWNY and Adirée president will share her understanding and knowledge on African Fashion and Luxury, but also the implications of growing African fashion and luxury industry.

Africa Fashion Week designers will discuss their designs, aesthetic, and inspirations.

In addition, the discussion will also cover the sustainability in fashion since this year’s AFWNY is adding an eco-friendly twist
